Fencing Course for Adult Beginners
Epsom Fencing Club offers a fencing course for the follow types of beginner :
- adults and teenagers who have never tried fencing before and want to take it up
- adults and teenagers who may have done a little fencing before and want to start again
This 10-week course is structured around the syllabus for the Grade 1 Achievement Award at Foil as defined by the British Fencing Association.

Equipment
|
Foils, jackets, plastrons, gloves and masks will be provided; participants should wear stretchy trousers (e.g. track suit), a short-sleeve T-shirt, and trainers. It is also advisable for participants to bring their own bottled drinking water.
