Junior Beginner Course

Fencing Course for Junior Beginners
|
Epsom Fencing Club trains juniors from age 10, and offers
them the opportunity to progress by fencing adults in the club as they
gain in experience.
The course is based on 5 levels of Club Achievement awards developed
by our club coach, Nick Payne.

Special rate for Summer Course JB9, sponsored by Active Surrey : £30.00 for 10 weeks.
Cheques must be payable to "Epsom Fencing Club".

Equipment
|
Foils, jackets, plastrons, gloves and masks will be provided; participants
should wear stretchy trousers (e.g. track suit), a short-sleeve T-shirt,
and trainers. It is also advisable for participants to bring their own
bottled drinking water.

Coaching will continue until the end of term, at no extra cost, to encourage
participation in club activities and competitions. Students may take the Grade
1 Test at the end of the course. This test is not compulsory.
