Fencing Course for Adult Beginners

Epsom Fencing Club offers a fencing course for the follow types of beginner :

  • adults who have never tried fencing before and want to take it up
  • adults who may have done a little fencing before and want to start again
     Fencing Class

This 5-week course is structured around the syllabus for the Grade 1 Achievement Award at Foil as defined by the British Fencing Association.

Blenheim High School Sports Hall, Longmead Road
Epsom, Surrey, KT19 9BH

Dates

Autumn Course (Ref AB10) : Wed 15 Sep to Wed 13 Oct 2010 - BOOK NOW

Times

Wednesday evenings from 8.00 pm to 9.00 pm (report at 7.45 pm)

Cost

£50.00. This fee covers:

  • the course (see dates above)
  • use of equipment (see below)

Cheques must be payable to "Epsom Fencing Club".

Equipment

Foils, jackets, plastrons, gloves and masks will be provided; participants should wear stretchy trousers (e.g. track suit), a short-sleeve T-shirt, and trainers. It is also advisable for participants to bring their own bottled drinking water.
